If You wish to add to your order, You can contact us first to confirm that your order has not yet been shipped. There may be additional shipping costs.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Returns policy
Conditions of returns

We do not accept returns/exchange on custom made items and/or for hygiene reasons, on items such as veils and hair accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns must be notified in advance by email, confirmed by us and sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item has not been worn
It is in its original condition, undamaged and has not been altered in any way.

The following goods may not be returned:
The supply of goods was made to your specifications or personalised.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning goods

We recommend that returned items are sent back to Us using a tracked postage for the customer’s sake. Please note that the customer will be responsible for returns postage costs as well as packaging the item in a way it reaches Us in good condition.
You should return the goods to the following address:

When we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and we will send you a confirmation email. It is Our policy to return to the customer any item suspected to be previously worn.
Your refund will be issued to You within 2 weeks by the payment method used to purchase your item initially and are usually received in 5-10 working days, depending on your bank. The refund amount will be subject to any admin fees and excludes the original postage cost.
Exchanges will incur an additional postage cost.

Delivery 

Please allow a minimum of 5-8 weeks delivery on all Bianco Evento veils and 8-10 weeks for a Bespoke Emerald Veil. We will endeavor to ship all items as quickly as possible. All accessories can be expected by 2-3 weeks. If there is shipment or stock issues that is out of our control we will be in touch.
